At Antaja, innovation is our core asset. We invest significant resources in Research & Development (R&D) to create breakthrough technologies in Advanced Cooling, UAV Avionics, and Low Altitude Economy infrastructure. This Intellectual Property (IP) Protection Policy outlines our rights regarding our proprietary technology and sets the terms for how our IP may be used.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, software, firmware, hardware designs, schematics, algorithms, and visual interfaces available on this website or within our products are the exclusive property of Antaja or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Patents & Patent Applications: Our 2-phase cooling systems ("NovaCool") and UAV flight control mechanisms are protected by pending and issued patents.
• Trademarks: The Antaja name, logo, "NovaCool," and other product identifiers are registered or common law trademarks of our company.
• Copyrights: All source code, documentation, white papers, and website content are protected by international copyright laws.

2. Zero Tolerance for Reverse Engineering

Given the sensitive nature of our R&D in aerospace and industrial cooling, we strictly prohibit any attempt to:

- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software, firmware, or hardware components provided by Antaja.

- Unlicensed Replication: Copying our PCB layouts, thermal module designs, or mechanical structures for commercial or competitive purposes is strictly forbidden and will be met with immediate legal action.

3. Trade Secrets & Confidentiality

Certain aspects of our technology, particularly relating to our autonomous flight algorithms and phase-change cooling mixtures, are classified as Trade Secrets.

Any partners, investors, or clients granted access to non-public information, technical specifications, or beta prototypes must adhere to strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Unauthorized disclosure of our Trade Secrets is a violation of trade secret laws and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

4. Limited License for Customers

Purchasing or using our products grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for its intended purpose. This license does not convey any ownership rights to the underlying intellectual property. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology without our explicit written consent.

5. Reporting IP Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe that any content on our website or within our products infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please notify our legal team immediately.

Conversely, if you witness any unauthorized use or distribution of Antaja's technology, we encourage you to report it to us.

6. Enforcement

Antaja actively monitors the market for potential infringements. We reserve the right to seek injunctions, damages, and legal costs against any entity or individual found to be violating our Intellectual Property rights.
